My background in customer service is extensive, including roles as Banquet Captain at Wentworth by the Sea in New Castle, NH, and at The Atlantic Grill in Rye, NH. I take immense pleasure in spending time in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, where I grew up. Currently, I reside in Newmarket, NH, with my partner Maria and our Staffordshire Terrier, Maisie.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at McGovern dealership in NH. Rowan did an excellent job explaining all the high-end features of the Subaru Forester which we ended up purchasing. Having to get a new vehicle was bitter sweet for me, as it was time for a new car, but sad having to give up my old one. Rowan Heard made it an enjoyable, easy, & non-intimidating experience. Other dealerships have been a bit too intense, but Rowan at McGovern made the whole process a complete enjoyment. Helped us work within our budget and was always honest.
