Spent 3 hours with a Roxie Cintron and after 2 hours found out they didn't have the car I wanted but was expecting new inventory in a week. Even if the car I wanted did not come in that allotment she promised me that I was first in line for the next allotment of the hybrid highlander. I followed up in a week and she didn't even recall the car we had discussed. That is odd since she sent me home with paperwork, a price quote, and a trade-in quote. In five weeks I noted that two of the models I wanted were on their website and were presently in the build mode. When I called I was told they were both pre sold. I was lied to and have since reported this dealership to the BBB. Even when I went in and spent three hours (with my checkbook in hand) I was brushed aside. More

Went to Elgin because they had what I wanted and were willing to sell it for a fair price. In the current market, that can be hard to find. It did take a little haggling to get where I needed, but everyo willing to sell it for a fair price. In the current market, that can be hard to find.
