I have not purchased a vehicle from this dealership since 2006, despite recently acquiring a new vehicle in Arizona. My attempts to negotiate a deal with Malloy Nissan were unsuccessful. I brought my car in 2006, despite recently acquiring a new vehicle in Arizona. My attempts to negotiate a deal with Malloy Nissan were unsuccessful. I brought my car in for a complimentary oil change, as indicated by my Monroney sticker. During my visit, I encountered Mr. Andy and Mr. Benson. Mr. Benson explicitly stated that he would not assist me, emphasizing that their dealership is the top performer and does not require my business. Consequently, I took my vehicle to Reliable Nissan, where I received the complimentary oil change promised by the manufacturer. I question why any individual would choose to conduct business with Malloy Nissan, given their apparent lack of customer service from sales to the service department. Let me be a good bad example. I trusted Susan in the used car department to be honest and uphold her word(s). I was hesitant to purchase a used car sight unseen. Susan shook my hand and looked me in the eyes and "I promise I'll take good care of you." multiple times. It was my naivety believing her and the finance person, and the used care manager. Don't EVER BUY A CAR WITHOUT test driving it. Susan told me the car would be ready by Tuesday, well within the 5 day limit to return a used car. Somehow the car wasn't ready until that Thursday. 1 week past the signed contract date. I asked to void the sale. The male manager told me,"It's too bad, it's already been sold." I had brought my DD 214 into the dealership that Wednsday. I was told by Susan and others that it would only take a few minutes when I picked up the car since they had all the required documents. The day I picked up the vehicle, I made an appointment for my dog for her injury 3 hours after my scheduled pick up time. On my way, Susan called and told me I had to sign some more documents. I asked her how long, "just a few minutes." Well, I missed my dog's appointment because I was there over 2 hours! I specifically asked Susan if there was a problem w/ the financing. "oh, there's no problem." Well, that was another lie. I got financed but they had to go to another credit union. Supposedly the car had been detailed by Susan. There was a foam sticky circle stuck on the dashboard. I asked Susan if she saw it, she said no, show me. So, I did, "oh yeah I saw that." To add insult to injury, it was over 100 degrees that day. I was getting ready to leave, when Susan stopped me and told me I couldn't leave because she didn't have the truck keys and what did I do w/ them. I gave her the keys when I walked into the nightmare. So, I had to wait outside for another 20 minutes waiting for her to find the key. I was going to MN to see my sister. I was checking the car to make sure I had a jack, spare and put my battery cables in the car. The car was missing the jack. I messaged Susan who told me let me ask my manager about what I can do. I waited a day, no reply, so I went and bought a jack myself. Oh, they did offer me a free oil change, so I think I have like 3 free oil changes between the finance person, Susan and the one you get w/ purchase. The moral of my story is don't buy a car without test driving it. It's one thing to mistreat me but to cause harm to an animal is another whole level of cruelty. More

Stay away! !!! Will promise anything to get a deal. When came back after purchase to pick up car found and they had not fulfilled their part in purchase agreeme !!! Will promise anything to get a deal. When came back after purchase to pick up car found and they had not fulfilled their part in purchase agreement. They said I bought a sedan and purchased SUV. Was yelled at when showed they were wrong in facts. Was told nothing would please me and walked away. The Manager was not updated on new policies and laws. I asked for documentation on a finish had paid for on the car. Told no. Called back later and finally got a certificate. I always took a male with me just “to be there” to escape the 77 year old female treatment. Did not this time. Huge mistake. The list could go on. In case the thinking is that I do not know what doing—-did research and taught graduate courses for 40 years in Global Consumer Economics. Have a PhD and law degree. Worked with many major companies, including car manufacturers, on consumer issues, given testimony before Congress, facilitated passage of consumer legislation and list goes on. I am putting this information out there because need to alert and say BUYER BEWARE regarding Malloy Nissan dealership. More

This company forgets the importance of a customer, they only seek to sell defective trucks and treat a customer with lies and deceptions. I bought a titan 2023 and afther two months the transmisson stops w only seek to sell defective trucks and treat a customer with lies and deceptions. I bought a titan 2023 and afther two months the transmisson stops working without mentioning the electrical details they already have more than 20 days with it and they do not yet have a date for when they repair it to see if it works IF YOU PLAN TO BUY SOMETHING HERE , think about it more IT’S TRASH” More

Horrible communication. Do not work with Brian. I was told labor fees would be $27 I paid $130 an hour for 6 hours. And 800 in parts. A fob, starter and easily accessed fuel pump under my back seat.
