He understood that a teenager is different from an adult when they are buying a car and took consideration into everything I wanted and reasons why. He also talked the the at first stubborn but eventually very kind finance guy into lowering the price so they didn't lose my business. Overall I love my new car and love that I have free oil changes and car washes for life! More

It looked really nice online and turned out to be even nicer when we actually saw it. We worked with Roy Byers who made us feel comfortable and exceeded our expectations every step of the way.. For a car that was 3 years old, it was clean, showroom condition. The sales manager said he was very picky and proud of the cars he sells and he was right on. We were able to negotiate a deal that was far better then any of the competition. They processed a loan and we drove home in our newly purchased CRV all in the same day. Very friendly and helpful I brought my pilot in for maintenance and made my way over to sales to see what options I had to get a new car or buyout my lease. Roy worked with me I brought my pilot in for maintenance and made my way over to sales to see what options I had to get a new car or buyout my lease. Roy worked with me on what my options were and I ended up just buying out my lease and saving about $100 a month. He was very attentive, helpful, honest and friendly. I will definitely recommend him. Roger gave me the details, put me in touch with Roy not long after I was down the road in my "New" Truck!! the entire staff was very nice, helpful. The dealership was clean and easy to find. But what I was really concerned with is trustworthiness. Buying a car out of state is a little unnerving but Hackettstown Honda proved to be extremely reputable. The quality of cars they offered are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone in the tri state Plus area to check them out! More
