It was really good experience with a different dealership than the normal dealership that would go to. Always kept us in loop of what was going on. This dealership was great, I was looking to buy my first vehicle and they were very helpful. Ruben D. King was very helpful, He helped us with the car and was ver knowledgeable about a Chevy. We noticed an vehicle and they were very helpful. Ruben D. King was very helpful, He helped us with the car and was ver knowledgeable about a Chevy. We noticed an issue with the steering and he got it fixed for us without any hassle. Caleb in financing was also very helpful. We went to pick the vehicle up after it got fixed and Ruben was ready to greet us. He even filled it up full of gas. We took it for a drive to make sure it was fixed. On the drive home Ruben called us to make sure everything was running good. I would 100% recommend shopping for a new or used car here, staff are very helpful. More

If I could rate this dealership 0 stars I would. I am a 2nd time buyer and bought a Santa Fe 2017 from them after first truck from them was totaled out. And needless to say Rumen screwed me over. Fr I am a 2nd time buyer and bought a Santa Fe 2017 from them after first truck from them was totaled out. And needless to say Rumen screwed me over. From the 1st month of owning the vehicle I had to replace the battery. And even auto one tried to help me hold the dealership accountable because they were shutting me down and not helping me get a battery through Napa. They lied and said they didn’t replace the battery and it was so bad my car needed to be jumped to drive otherwise it wouldn’t drive. I’ve brought the car in multiple times and they say there machine doesn’t work for my make of vehicle and has directed to Hyandai which is costly and isn’t covered because I did not buy the vehicle from them. Since I’ve had the vehicle the acceleration has lagged when I click on the pedal. I’ve explained that and again same excuse no help. 6 months later of owning the vehicle the vehicle will not start and the acceleration has gone out on me twice. Once on the freeway and the second time at an intersection. I think it is an exhaust sensor but Toyota won’t do anything to help: they claim I never came to get my car looked at when the battery was the problem and I brought up the way the acceleration lags and they turned me away. They have the absolute worst customer service and I will never buy a car from the specific dealership ever again! They only care about sale, not people driving! More
