Rufus was the only dealer for that month who was willing to be flexible with the vehicle price. He was very courteous and straight forward. Would recommend a friend to him. So Arrigo gained a customer when Nissan lost a long-time loyal customer. More

He's there from the very beginning of the sale and to every time I step inside the dealership - whether it's an oil change or any kind of problem. Mary Fauci in the office on the floor is also a pleasure to work with to get parts & accessories to add to our cars in case they don't have what we want to begin with - she makes sure we get it asap and it's on the car as fast. Our first car was in 1998 at their old location so we have seen them grow and have stayed with them every since. It's a wonderful dealership to work with. More

He is a straight shooter and knows how streamline the process as efficiently as I have ever seen. This time I purchased the new Chrysler Pacifica and I love it. I never thought that I would buy a minivan, but with 3 kids in car seats, Rufus guided me into the right vehicle for my family. The Pacifica is awesome. We got all the bells and whistles and could not be happier. Chrysler did a great job with this car. Oh yeah and Rufus got me the price I needed. More
