Shady. We called and made an appointment with Frank to look at a specific car. After driving 2 hours, we arrived at the appointed time. Frank was mysteriously busy for an appointment he set so they handed us off to another person. No problem. We test drive the car and it was fine. After we came back from the test drive we were informed of a "problem.". Someone else was there signing paperwork for the car but there was another one for almost $10K more that was available. 1). They knew when we got there that someone else was purchasing the car. 2) Why would you schedule an appointment and not reserve the car at least until 15 minutes after the scheduled time? 3). As a "courtesy" they offered us $500 off the cost of the car that was $10k more expensive 4). Why wouldn't you call to say someone else is buying the car so we didn't make a trip needlessly? If I could give them 0 stars, I would. 1 More
