Best Toyota/Scion Expierience Yet! We have been to many Toyota Dealerships in Arizona. Our other cars came from some of those, but the experience I had at Sierra Toyota FAR EXCEEDS that We have been to many Toyota Dealerships in Arizona. Great customer service! Mark and Ry'n were very helpful in making our decision to buy a Tacoma. It was a close race between Chevy and Toyota, however their help, candor, and Mark and Ry'n were very helpful in making our decision to buy a Tacoma. Wonderful service from Ryn we were put in touch with Sierra Vista Tucson by TrueCar through USAA and they were wonderful. the price they gave us was several thousand dollars les we were put in touch with Sierra Vista Tucson by TrueCar through USAA and they were wonderful. the price they gave us was several thousand dollars less than the dealer in Tucson. Went in after having gone to several dealerships looking for a Tacoma just to see what the new price versus a used price would be and let me tell you, these suckers hold their value. Decided it was worth it to get a new one instead of a recent model used one considering how dependable of a truck the Tacoma is. And I am very happy with my choice. Ry'n and Pablo were excellent guys to work with and listened to what I needed and answered my questions in a straight line fashion. Ry'n showed us the truck that we were interested in and we feel that we were given a good deal on the vehicle. After a very bad experience shopping at one of the Tucson Toyota Dealerships, we were very pleased with the folks at Sierra Vista Toyota. Ross Leffelman, the sales manager was easy to deal with and very professional. Brian Moldenhauer, the financial manager made things simple for us and the president of the dealership, Elsie MacMillan, came out and congratulated us on our new truck. Very nice touch.
