Michelle in finance took very good care of us as well and didn't oversell items through our chat. Not sure if it was the deal or our 8month old daughter, whom she dubbed the sunflower, that made the deal go so well and quickly. Finally...the cookies were amazing and I wish we had the recipe! I worked with Ryan Bonino - all the way from a phone call on Saturday to purchase on Tuesday. He was super helpful and very responsive, and worked to fins something within my price range. I thought I was going to go with a certified pre-owned, but he was able to find me a brand new, just arrived on the lot 2023. He held it for me until he got back in on Tuesday and made the process very seamless and enjoyable. I have been a MINI loyalist my entire adult life and had gotten used to their level of service, and it was important to find something in the same class. Audi met and even exceeded my expectations in that way, and in addition to loving my new car, I feel really great about my brand switch and decision! I loved the no-haggle KBB average trade-in policy and I appreciate not having to contend with a $3,000 premium over MSRP that some other dealers try to impose in this reduced average trade-in policy and I appreciate not having to contend with a $3,000 premium over MSRP that some other dealers try to impose in this reduced supply market. Paul was friendly and efficient. Ryan was really on top of his game. We set up "MyAudi" account, financing, mutually agreeable delivery, all remotely. The car was ready to go.
