The service department at this dealership is the absolute worst I've ever been to. There was a recall on my engine on a 2017 Tucson they don't care never got a callback from the service manager never got a c worst I've ever been to. I refuse to buy a vehicle from anyone other than Matt Mueller. He is very courteous and honest in his dealings with me. This was my 3rd car in less than 3 years from him. My only issue is each and every Mueller. He is very courteous and honest in his dealings with me. This was my 3rd car in less than 3 years from him. My only issue is each and every time the trade in value was very low. At the end of the day i understand it's a business, but if they want my continued business, they will need to do better next time. i know the vehicle i traded in will bring them double what they gave me. I purchased the car as a certified preowned from them and it is going to be resold as a certified preowned again. I plan to be back in May for my 4th car so we will see. i still highly recommend them. As long as Matt is there it is where I will buy from. More
