I can genuinely say, that my recent encounter with Ryan Harkins at Tom Gill Chevrolet, has been the best car buying experience I have personally ever been a part of! I was honestly dreading this entire car buying process and entered the dealership on a Saturday morning, without an appointment, and an intention to just look around. As I walked in with my wife and toddler, Ryan greeted us with a huge smile, and permeated a sense of enthusiasm and care from the start. It was clear to us that this dealership does things differently and Ryan was ready to go above & beyond for us. He not only showed us numerous cars, answered all our questions, and expertly guided us through the whole process, but also did the little things that mattered- such as grabbing our toddler crayons/coloring paper to keep him entertained. This was our first Chevy and based on our experience at Tom Gill Chevrolet, it certainly will not be our last! More
