Came in for a new truck found a good deal on a 1year old one Ryan, was very nice to work with. He knew the trucks and showed us around. He understood our needs ,show us a very nice slighly use Tocoma. We settled Ryan, was very nice to work with. He knew the trucks and showed us around. He understood our needs ,show us a very nice slighly use Tocoma. We settled on a price then the finance guy brought out the paper work to sign. It was about 4000 more then we were excepting. It had a three different warranties add to it. The finance guy explained them very fast and we still had issue, he had to take it back twice to take off warranties we did not want. This should have been offered earlier and explained better. Other than the warranty issue we were very pleased with the purchase of the Tocoma and look forward to driving for a long time. More
