From the moment our sales consultant Angel Jimenez introduced himself, I knew our expe got to say this has been the best experience I have ever had. He answered every question we had, he had so much patience with us. I also would like to commend Ryan our financial consultant who was very professional and very helpful. I asked to speak to Chris (Angel Jimenez) manager so I could commend Angel and Chris was very nice and gracious. I went into Norm Reeves Honda West Covina just to browse and see what was out there, I had no intention of buying a vehicle, but with the customer service I received I was sold and knew I didn't have to shop anywhere else.
