Just went through the absolute worst experience while dealing with Ryan Martin. The sales person Rachel has maintained amazing communication but this dealer dropped the ball once she forwarded the deal dealing with Ryan Martin. I advised i would be coming from far and would like all the detailed finalized prior to agreeing to take a 4 hour round trip drive. He finally provided with with prelim numbers and when questioned about unclear fees, I was sent a screen shot of other fees i could have been charged but wasn't being charged these. I advised that this vehicle would not be worth it at that price and provided him what id be willing to offer OTD. At this time his reply was quite distasteful ," Did you just pick a number and go with it?" at which time I ended my communication with with the dealer and will complete my purchase elsewhere. More

After such a failure to execute to purchase in Deland, Fl, (dealer incompetence...)I elected to look into the Naples dealership. I contacted the Mr. Shanahan and caught him still at the dealership after hours. I had submitted an inquiry and without even asking, Patrick sent a video of the vehicle! He didn't have to seeing it was after hours but yet that effort is what immediately sold me. Throughout the entire process, the communication with Mr. Shanahan was immediate and detailed. I couldn't have asked for more. BUT, there was! The manager Ryan and Rocco in finance were efficient and relayed all relevant information when needed. I never felt like just another buyer, as with our local dealership. It was well worth the drive to get things done right. Thanks Patrick! More

What an excellent experience! It started with my sales rep, Patrick, taking the time (after his scheduled working hours) to send me a video of a new truck I spotted online. With no one there after the close and me being 300 miles away (he didn't know that!) without his effort, this deal would not have happened. There was great communication with the entire crew from Ryan the manager to Rocco in finance. When I arrived in town, Patrick came and picked me up at the rental car place. What a nice and needed favor. The negotiation was straight forward and honest. We used all of our resources with respect to rebates, credits etc. Ryan knew his numbers! There was never a feeling of being rushed or disrespected as I have experienced at other dealerships. I had already ordered a truck locally but the failure to execute these details, being respectful, understanding of what the customer needs and wants...The drive down was never an issue! Before we closed the deal, we double and triple checked everything. Patrick never came off as a "know-it-all" and that's something that made everything real. I would highly suggest that future buyers consider this dealership regardless of the city or location. I'm still being hassled by the local group here. I can't wait to let them know I went to Naples to get this right! We will be in the market down the road and this dealership will be our first choice. More

Payton went above and beyond for me! I was very particular about the interior and exterior color of my GCL. Payton has excellent customer service and made filling our paperwork easy. He walked us through all the features and helped us set up the Jeep app, even set up CarPlay before our trip home. More
