However, Upon meeting Ryan Nelson, who guided I was a bit nervous to lease my first vehicle and was not quite sure if it was the right option for me. However, Upon meeting Ryan Nelson, who guided my mother and I through the process I was soon to realize how smooth of a transition it would turn out to be. I was impressed with how much Ryan knew about the ins and outs of the process and was very pleased to have him as the person who helped us. Its not always easy to find people who know what they are talking about and are also very kind. Ryan was very professional. He helped guide us through the whole thing and had every answer I was looking for. Friendly and relaxed When I needed a new car after I was rear ended I researched cars online. I went to the Village Chev website and found the one I wanted. I remembered that Ryan had told me before that that if I needed a new car to contact him, so I called him and made an appointment to see the car. When I got there he had the car pulled forward and ready to be looked at. He also got bottled water for my mother and I because it was a hot day. It was a really quick decision and I bought it that day. The atmosphere in the dealership was relaxed and comfortable. Thank you Ryan! More

He really let me experience the car the way I wanted and let me make the decision to buy rather than pushing me to do so. While getting approved for financing took a really long time, we got approved and I love my Impala! More
