Amazing experience Danny and Ryan got me in my dream car. Above, beyond, and then some. I stopped into this dealership at random one day, just looking around and comparing prices. I first dealt with Jeremy Hutton. He was both informative and pleasant, not pressuring what-so-ever. I test drove a car, but wanted to look around a little more, so I told him that when I was certain, I'd check with him first, to see if he had, or could get, what I wanted. He texted me a few days afterward, to see how my search was going, again, no pressure. When I finally decided on a Kia Optima SX, he was right there to help with everything. The purchasing process went smooth, and I was finally out of a rental, and into a car I had wanted, but been unable to afford until now! All was right with the world until two days later, when I was assaulted and carjacked, at work. What a horrible experience that was! I had to visit Sweeney/KIA that same day to copy and fax the purchase agreement to my insurance and police station. As soon as I arrived, several of the employees went out of their way to tell me how sorry they were that this had happened. Ryan Thomas consoled me by telling me that, if my car was unable to be recovered, they'd find me exactly what I wanted, and quickly. With no questions asked, he put me into a loaner car and told me to just keep in touch with them. What a relief that was not to have to worry about a rental on top of everything else! A few days later they recovered my car. My husband followed me to return the loaner, and when I asked Ryan about a particular safety feature setting, he took my car to the service department. When he reappeared, he said that, in addition to changing the setting for me, he also had it detailed, inside and out, and filled it with gas. He said that he knew how much I loved the car, and he wanted to get all of the bad vibes, out of it for me! This is what above and beyond looks like. It's really nice, and unusual, for someone, especially a stranger, to know what might be helpful in a situation, and to do it, without being told. Very intuitive and compassionate that man is! Today, I received a car from Jeremy. I assumed that he was calling to talk about the estimate and repairs to my car, which is currently at the dealership, but he said he had no idea it was in the service dept., he was just calling to check in after what had happened last week.! Yet again I was pleasantly surprised at how much effort and attention they give to their customers. I will continue to use this dealership in years to come, and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Ryan and Jeremy, you not only sold me a great car, you also restored my faith that there are still wonderful people in this world! More

His experience was fantastic and I wanted to see what it was all about. I met the Sales Manager (Ryan Thomas) who showed me a Certified 2014 KIA Optima. We came to an agreement on price he wasn't pushy he listened to exactly what I wanted to accomplish, and made it happen. I could NOT be HAPPIER with this purchase. P.S I LOVE THIS CAR! More

Choose a salesperson carefully! My husband and I bought a used Kia on 9/20/2014. Our salesperson was Joe Netto. I was promised window tint, floor mats, paint touch up on the day of p My husband and I bought a used Kia on 9/20/2014. Our salesperson was Joe Netto. I was promised window tint, floor mats, paint touch up on the day of purchase. Joe said he would contact me the following week to bring the car in and have these done. I never received a call and finally tried to contact him 9/26. No answer. I tried again on 10/03. Nothing. I called again 10/06 and he said to contact the tint place directly however, could not offer me a name or number. He told me he would contact me when he got back to his desk. He did not respond. I called again on 10/9 and he responded by text and told me it was his day off but, to take my car to the dealership and they would get it taken care of. He also said he sent me an email with the info, however, I never received one. I went to the dealership and no one knew anything about it. At that time I spoke with a sales manager, Ryan Thomas. He was absolutely awesome! He gave me a loaner car and put the mats in before I left. He had my tint done as promised. The only thing I'm waiting on is the paint to be touched up. I was very impressed by Ryan. He is the only reason I gave the scores I did on this review. Joe I absolutely would not recommend as he has very poor customer service! 10/16/14 Paint was touched up as promised! I want to give a big thank you to Ryan Thomas for everything he did! More

I stopped by the Kings auto mall, Jeff Wyler, and Superior I was frustrated to no end. Then I stopped by Jake Sweeney Kia and ran into Scott Dees and immediately I could tell they were different. I was the best car buying experience of my life. They gave me the best price for my trade in and gave me a great deal on my new car. Even when the manager Ryan came out to discuss my trade in, I really felt like wanted my business and that I wasn't just buying a car from a BIG CAR LOT but, from a family business. More
