Great service every time! I purchased my first Subaru from a different dealership in town. They charged document fees when they said they were not going to. After that point, I I purchased my first Subaru from a different dealership in town. They charged document fees when they said they were not going to. After that point, I lost my trust in them. It was the end of the day so I just let it slide. However, that moment stuck with me. It made me wonder what else they were not being honest about. When my lease was up, I searched for a different dealership. I am happy I looked around because I landed at Falcone Dealership. They are by far the best! Falcone has always been upfront about any fees. Everyone at the dealership from sales to service is always professional. I feel like they listen to my concerns and what I want in a car. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. I have leased two Subarus from Falcone. Every time I enter the dealership, the customer service is outstanding! I am always greeted by name when my car is being serviced. The staff is top notch! More

Great service I brought my 2014 Forester in because the battery had died earlier in the day and I wanted it checked out because 1) it is used for my business--depen I brought my 2014 Forester in because the battery had died earlier in the day and I wanted it checked out because 1) it is used for my business--dependable transportation is a MUST for me, and 2) it was still under warranty. It was due for oil change and rotation of tires and I also asked them to check the lower AC/heat vents. The staff was very helpful. I got an appointment that very afternoon. Ryan spotted the battery problem the moment he checked the back "secret" light. It had inadvertently been turned on--I didn't even know there was a light! I felt like an idiot but was assured that this happens a lot to Forester owners. The entire service was done in a little over an hour and included vacuuming interior and car wash. It's the little things that make a big difference. I still love my Forester and am thrilled with Falcone for the care and respect they gave me as one of their customers. There might be other Subaru dealerships located closer to my home, but Falcone is worth the drive. More

They explain things and do not try to sell me on things I do not need. 3. Their fees are comparable to same service elsewhere 4. The waiting room is clean. 5. I had a flat tire over the weekend, which was fixed at a local place, but it stripped the threads on several bolts. As a result, one of my wheels did not have enough lug nuts. Your dealership was able to work me in that Monday, and repair/replace the stripped threads, so now i have a safe wheel and safe car. It was a huge relief to have someone reliable fix my car. We prefer to only have the dealership work on our car, because they know the ins and outs of Subaru's. Thank you! More

I stayed with the dealership after it became Falcone Subaru because of the personal care and treatment I have always received. I consider Ryan and Steve in the service department more than just my professional contacts....they have become my personal friends. I recently purchased my 5th Subaru(4 with Duke Gold and Falcone), and I had an absolutely amazing experience with my sales representative John Franks. He not only did everything to make my buying experience one of the best(if not THEE best!) purchases I have ever made, but he has become a personal friend, too. The family-like atmosphere at Falcone shines through the entire dealership. I own my own business, and I recognize and appreciate good service. I have recommended Falcone Subaru to more than one of my friends, and I will continue to do so! Thank you for your commitment to service and fairness. He was a pleasure to buy a car from, and spent plenty of time familiarizing me the car on delivery and setting up the bluetooth, etc. Your guys in the service department are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and I have never had a problem. I like your new Subaru service lounge. After a fender bender your great body shop was equally pleasant to deal with and I am impressed with the work they did -what a perfect paint match!
