My 5th Lexus I continue to be amazed by this dealership. The sales people - I have dealt with Ryan, Mark, and Devin are all top notch ; the finance manager, Vitor, I continue to be amazed by this dealership. Swap lease I am very grateful that Ryan called me to give me a heads up on my mileage that I have on my lease. He let me know what my best options were to avoi I am very grateful that Ryan called me to give me a heads up on my mileage that I have on my lease. He let me know what my best options were to avoid a high fee at the end of the lease term. These days we are all very busy and its nice to know someone has your back. Instead of running up my miles, Ryan put me in a new lease, which actually lowered my payment! I say, that's a win win, thanks Ryan! More

Bought a Mini Cooper, thanks Ryan! Shout out to Ryan for making the car buying process feel personal, friendly, and human. He let me test drive a few cars, but we realized they weren't the right fit. He knew what I was looking for (even though I didn't) and helped me find a car that fit my personality and lifestyle. Ryan even humored me and joined for a test drive to my grandparent's house so I could get their seal of approval...and this all took place during his lunch on Labor Day. I will definitely recommend Ryan and Herb Chambers Lexus for anyone I know who's buying a car in the future. More
