3 stars vs 4 or 5 due to the dealership charging me tax and license fees on the the vehicle I was trading in. These monies should have been part of the 'cost of doing business' and deducted as business cos and license fees on the the vehicle I was trading in. These monies should have been part of the 'cost of doing business' and deducted as business costs at the end of the year. We as buyers should NOT be required to pay for corporate expenses. So, I feel manipulated. Yet, I like this vehicle so I sucked it up and accepted the expense. The staff was fantastic. The finance agent was fantastic. Levi was great although that generation has ingrained understanding of EV technology that I as a 69 YO male lack. Meaning, I had enough charge in the battery to make home with 2 miles left on the battery. The menu for selecting a charge station was inaccurate. The charge station I found was broken. The dealership should have put a reasonable charge on this battery to get me home without: Anx-EV-iety. My new term for the stress of maybe not having enough battery to get there.......Dennis Littleton More

They were great! I had originally planned to look at a preowned Kona EV. We test drove a brand new one on a whim. We ended up going hope with a brand new 2024 Kona EV I had originally planned to look at a preowned Kona EV. We test drove a brand new one on a whim. We ended up going hope with a brand new 2024 Kona EV in the exact exterior color I wanted. Although the interior was not available in my preferred color, they were able to give me a great deal. I'm very happy with my purchase and my experience. This was my first time purchasing a brand new car and I'm glad Hyundai of Seattle was able to help me do that. Mustaf was very transparent with the pricing as well as our situation trading in our used car. He did not make us feel pressured at all which I greatly appreciated. Mustaf, Thank you for helping us purchase our new car. You are fantastic and we will definitely come back to see you the next time we are in the market for a car! More

Mohamud was unclear and uneducated of the car. Most of my questions that was asked such as the car options "does it beep when you change lane without signaling" and "what is your oil change plan Most of my questions that was asked such as the car options "does it beep when you change lane without signaling" and "what is your oil change plan" and "what does the Bluelink button do." Because I did a trade in, I had to come back with my trade-in vehicle after dropping off my baby at home, I assume I would get everything from the ad such as the Cargo package and cover, however he fail to give that to me stating I have to paid it because it's a used car. I would assume he would honor the car ad, but said it doesn't come with it. He didn't tell me much about the car because he didn't know much about the car. He did tell me about the warranty until I ask the Fianance Manager, Ryan. My overall experience was bad. I wish to have an educated salesperson who knows about the car in buying and tell me the options as well as the warranty since it's a big dea because I have 2 kids. If the car breaks down, my kids, wife and I would be stranded. I would not recommend going my friends and family to this place. You need to train your salesperson! More
