It's not what we think that matters (the sales rep.)... it's the customer's perception that counts! My perception about my buying experience with Sean is nothing less than outstanding. and Sean has the awards in his office to prove it. Most customers will tell you that it is all about the "buying experience" just as much if not more than the vehicle that you are purchasing! Finding a vehicle that you want for the price you want to pay can be exhausting and frustrating. Sean changed all of that once I met him. He was clean-cut and well dressed. He was very courteous and informative. He was relaxed always had a smile on his face. He answered all my questions and made my experience memorable! Even after the sale he offered my his cell number and told me to reach out to him anytime that I needed him. I certainly can understand why he has won the awards that sits behind his desk! Sean went above and beyond my expectations for a salesman. Sean convinced me to switch from Cadallic to Buick while making sure I had a car that was a great fit for me. I am a sucker a for a good crossover but needed something small so when I saw the Buick Encore I knew it was the perfect car for me. Sean was very knowledgeable and took into consideration what I wanted to spend as well as the color and series I was interested in. He kept me updated every step of the way from showing me the car to signing my name on the dotted line with finance. His bubbly down to earth personality made me feel right at home and secure with making such a large purchase. I was worried that a salesman would try and take advantage because I'm an older woman.
