Remember this name, Shane Farrell, The Salesman of the 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had an incredible experience at Begley Cadillac. My boyfriend and I met Shane, who was absolutely outstanding. His genuin 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had an incredible experience at Begley Cadillac. My boyfriend and I met Shane, who was absolutely outstanding. His genuine personality, friendly approach, and professionalism piqued my interest in an Electric Vehicle, which I hadn't considered before. Thanks to Shane's excellent customer service, we ended up purchasing the 2024 Cadillac Lyriq. This was unexpected; I had only stopped by the dealership to browse. I had visited numerous dealerships and spoken to multiple salespeople over the past month, but none of them came close to the level of service Shane provided. This dealership is horrific the sales team. Will not return your calls promptly. Even if you visit the dealership, they do not want to negotiate. they had me run a credit app, and they did not Will not return your calls promptly. Even if you visit the dealership, they do not want to negotiate. they had me run a credit app, and they did not even run my credit. Even though I have perfect credit, they did not want to find me a good rate because they did not want to negotiate for their vehicle that I was interested in. A complete waste of my time. I would never go here. More
