Hard to deal with, don't honor what's on their website, just traded for nissan murano, said it been checked out and oil change, bought in Dec and just had oil changed in Feb, and was told it needed new bra just traded for nissan murano, said it been checked out and oil change, bought in Dec and just had oil changed in Feb, and was told it needed new brakes, said my service contract didn't cover brakes, sales manager wasn't very easy to deal with. My first and recent oil change, they have not reset the oil maintenance light which is upsetting because I asked and was told that it was reset but it was not. Service personnel was prompt and friendly. Service to my vehicle was prompt. Don’t care for the up sell when you get there to drop it off. I can see this confusing someone just wanting an oil Service to my vehicle was prompt. Don’t care for the up sell when you get there to drop it off. I can see this confusing someone just wanting an oil change and tire rotation. This is what was discussed when I setup my appointment and what was told to the service personnel when I dropped my vehicle off but no where on the list of options on their tablet was an option that was discussed multiple times. I understand that’s is your business and some people may what the premium service. My advice would be to display what was discussed along with upgraded options to choose from. I can guarantee there are good number of customers who feel intimidated by the practices I saw when I dropped my vehicle off. More
