Service personnel was prompt and friendly. Service to my vehicle was prompt. Don’t care for the up sell when you get there to drop it off. I can see this confusing someone just wanting an oil Service to my vehicle was prompt. Don’t care for the up sell when you get there to drop it off. I can see this confusing someone just wanting an oil change and tire rotation. This is what was discussed when I setup my appointment and what was told to the service personnel when I dropped my vehicle off but no where on the list of options on their tablet was an option that was discussed multiple times. I understand that’s is your business and some people may what the premium service. My advice would be to display what was discussed along with upgraded options to choose from. I can guarantee there are good number of customers who feel intimidated by the practices I saw when I dropped my vehicle off. More
