Sagar, our salesperson, was great. He was Knowledgeable of the brand’s history and the vehicle itself. Dealing with Ryan, the closer, was not nearly as good of an experience. He was pushy with the extended warranty options. And he even stated that Mazda would not honor the warranty if I did service myself. I responded that that statement was erroneous, and illegal. He doubled down. I have no time for disingenuous people. More
