After plenty of phone calls and doing everything in my power to make this an easy transaction, I was still pushed aside and made to wait for over 2 hours in the SIGN and drive event. I sent over a credit power to make this an easy transaction, I was still pushed aside and made to wait for over 2 hours in the SIGN and drive event. I sent over a credit app. and copy of drivers license and was told they are squeezing me in and its like visiting the doctors office. Even when I called to place a complaint with the sales manager I was told, "your only waiting an hour and a half?" This was my 3rd time leasing a vehicle from Bayside VW. The first 2 times I was in and out in about a half hour. The 3rd time is not the charm. Sally, who I found out the hard way is not even a salesperson and James is extremely unprofessional and think they are doing the public a favor. I lost 2 cars due to Hurricane Sally and I will be buying my 2nd car somewhere else. P.S. I would have paid more to make an easy transaction. More
