In my new car search over the last few months, I went to at least five different dealerships. The service I received at Flood Mazda was by far the best out of the dealerships that I went to. Everybody that at least five different dealerships. The service I received at Flood Mazda was by far the best out of the dealerships that I went to. Everybody that I dealt with was friendly, kind and respectful at Flood. The same cannot be said for other dealerships, which is why I chose to purchase my new car at Flood. More

The experience overall wasn't bad, but the final sale process was very rushed. I wish the salesman had taken the time to go over the details of the vehicle so I better understood what I was getting. I ended up paying for some things that I didn't need or want. He did give me a helpful tour of the interior controls, which I appreciate. More
