Outstanding Experience!! Prior to coming in to the Catonsville BMW dealership, I completed an online credit application to expedite the buying process. Less than 5 minutes later, I received a call from Mr. Joe Rivera. From the moment I spoke with Mr. Rivera, I knew that I was connected with the most capable, caring, patient and knowledgeable salesman. He made the car buying experience a wonderful one. He showed me several cars and encouraged me to select the car that "I" loved and would enjoy taking home. He gave me time to think to ensure I made the correct choice. He provided his mobile number and encouraged me to call at any time if I had any additional questions. The following day he was off but took the time out of his personal schedule to text me just to check in. When I arrived Saturday morning, Joe Rivera was waiting to assist me. He was patient and encouraged me to drive the car of my choice again to make sure that I was making the best choice. During my entire experience, I felt like I was the priority and everyone around me wanted to make buying a BMW an enjoyable experience. He was friendly, treated us with respect, did not rush us into a purchase or through the “test drive” experience. The next time I visited, Benn was busy.. instead of waiting, he had one of his colleagues help me and take me on a test drive. I thought that was really cool, considering they work on commission, they still act as a team! The paperwork was easy, Benn & Sam were very organized. They helped me with getting the right insurance as well. The last part of the process was the best... taking delivery and spending time with the "Genius". A younger gentleman named Jake walked me though the ins and outs of my new X1. He paired my phone, showed me all the features, AND gave me his cell and told me to call or text if I ever had questions. A great experience overall, centered around customer service and never "sales-y". More

We spoke with Joe many times over the week about a 525i we saw on-line. Joe contacted me shortly after I made the inquiry and we negotiated an excellent price. We drove several hours to Cantonsville and finally met Joe. He had the car detailed and ready for us to take delivery. After a little more negotiation, we settled on the car. Joe introduced us to Sam Choi, the Finance Manager and Jake Lipman, the "Genius". Again two outstanding individuals that made our BMW experience outstanding! Sam worked with us and got us an excellent rate. Jake showed us the many features of our 525i, that I am still trying to remember. It all points back to Joe Rivera. He is the best car sales man I have ever dealt with. I will buy my next BMW from Joe and from BMW of Catonsville. - Thanks JOE!! More

With Drew's help, we were able to narrow it down and drove home with it that night. They were patient with us all the way and stayed until midnight to finish all the paperwork.
