Don in finance was amazing. He made my process of buying a car very easy for someone who was a first time buyer. He went over all the paperwork with me thoroughly, and broke everything down for me. I was ab a car very easy for someone who was a first time buyer. He went over all the paperwork with me thoroughly, and broke everything down for me. The entire process went well. However they need to come up with an affidavit type form for A plan proof of relationship instead of needing to supply birth certificate/marriage certificate etc. A notarized up with an affidavit type form for A plan proof of relationship instead of needing to supply birth certificate/marriage certificate etc. A notarized affidavit in the sales file would make it simpler and require less personal information of the customer on file. Also they need to inform the customer of the need for A Plan proof of relationship earlier in the process instead of on the day the sale is being finalized. More

No pressure just a good back and forth during two test drives and looking at three different F-150s. On a technical question about a truck the salesperson was not quite sure of she asked salesperson Alex, who was like a refence book on Ford Trucks.
