Sam went from a stranger who's selling us a car and became a very good friend over the years. He is very communicative and down to earth. Even on his days off, he would make sure we are updated on our purchases and even came in to make sure we can pick up our vehicle during times that are convenience for us even if it inconvenience him. Metrowest Subaru's service team has always provided quick and thorough services to maintain my vehicles. They are transparent with their work and recommendations with work that needs to be done. At the time, Metrowest was the first dealer I went to and so my due diligence led me to check out pricing from others. Little did I realize that I should have gone to MetroWest last rather than first. When I came back to Jeff a few days later, I was delighted he would honor the net price he had given me.. Fast forward to 2019 when I needed a second car. This time I came to Jeff last and closed the deal on the spot (with assistance from Jeff's colleague Seth Mayer). Then in 2023, I needed a third car. Once again, I was delighted. I also go to MetroWest for Service for my 3 Subarus. I'm consistently pleased with their responsiveness and excellent customer service. My husband and I just bought a Subaru Crosstrek 2021 from Metrowest Subaru. We had been looking at various makes and models from different dealers. We had a horrible experience at a dealer outside of our loc Metrowest Subaru. We had been looking at various makes and models from different dealers. We had a horrible experience at a dealer outside of our local area. We felt so upset after leaving that place that we decided to try one more place so we wouldn’t go home so discouraged. We drove into Metrowest Subaru and were greeted by Sam Mayer. It didn’t take long before we knew this was going to be a totally different experience. He treated us with respect and kindness and had a warm personality and sense of humor. That put us at ease right away. He was so knowledgeable about all the details but never pushed us or made us feel pressured. My husband found exactly what he wanted and with the help and guidance of Sam and the finance manager Jon Kent we left there very happy. We had not looked into the Subaru before, but had heard rave reviews from friends who own them. Now we are one of those people singing the praises of Subaru and Sam and Jon at Metrowest in particular. The only problem is I never see my husband anymore because he is always in the car. LOL More
