Shopping at O'Daniel Mazda was a really wonderful experience. It was my first time buying from an actual Mazda Brand Dealer. My wife and I were greeted right away by Sam, who was not pushy or salesy. experience. It was my first time buying from an actual Mazda Brand Dealer. It was really cold and windy, and Sam immediately took us inside, asked what we were looking for, then drove up the cars we wanted to see in the service tunnel. We never had to go outside to look. Sam knew everything about the cars, and was completely open and honest with us. My wife and I were given space to talk about the cars, without sales people listening in. When we didn't buy that day, they didn't call us, bugging us about the cars we looked at. I called Sam two days later to test drive again, and he was more than happy to let me. Finally, after coming to a decision, Sam had the paperwork ready to go. It was easy to get the car. The loan people were really nice and friendly, as well as the Service Advisor. I feel very confident taking my car there for service, when it needs it. After the paperwork and meeting the service advisor, Sam went through and showed us every feature of the car. He even set up my blue tooth phone! My wife noticed a mark on the seat, and Sam cleaned it right up for us. The staff at O'Daniel Mazda are not there to sell you a car. They are there to get YOU the car YOU want. We cannot thank Sam enough for the wonderful job he did. We will definately come back to O'Daniel Mazda for future car purchases. More

Overall, a low pressure, superb experience. I did my research online and knew what I wanted in regards to the make of the car and the price. Sam greeted us quickly in a friendly way and started a genera research online and knew what I wanted in regards to the make of the car and the price. Sam greeted us quickly in a friendly way and started a general conversation. Although he was juggling several customers at once, Sam paid proper attention to me but gave me some well-timed breaks to think about the purchase and to test drive the vehicle. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, I told Sam what my expectations were: (1) To receive the discount from MSRP as noted on their website (posting the discount on the website was a major reason why I came to this dealer); (2) To get a good value on my trade-in; and (3) To qualify for the 5-year, 0% loan. Sam and the others delivered on all counts. Because they gave me the high, high KBB/Edmunds value on my trade-in truck, I did not try to negotiate for a further discount. Sam handled taking in all the required information for the credit application so I did not have to sit in the finance office for long ... just had to review and sign the application. A great comfort to me was that George and Sam did not at all pressure me or waste my time in trying to get me to purchase other products (e.g., extended warranty). The only thing they explained (briefly) was the extended warranty, but once I said I was not interested, I was on my way into my new car. I do not know how it is in regards to negotiations with the dealership on prices (since I did not ask for further discounts), but in all other manners of the purchase process, they (especially Sam) get a top-notch review from me. You really find out a salesperson's character when you do NOT buy a car from him or her. THIS DEALERSHIP STANDS OUT FROM THE REST! NO FAKE SMILES OR LIES, THEY TREAT YOU RIGHT! My wife and I had stopped by the dealership on Memorial Day and looked at a few cars while the dealership was clo OR LIES, THEY TREAT YOU RIGHT! My wife and I had stopped by the dealership on Memorial Day and looked at a few cars while the dealership was closed. We came back the next day and Sam greeted us. We told him about a couple of cars we were interested in and would like to test drive. He kindly rounded them up for us and while my wife and I test drove different cars he helped us entertain our 2 year old daughter. We decided on a used Mazda 6 they had their. Sam, along with Todd and George's help, got us into the payment plan that our budget allowed. Sam was very nice and understanding to our needs, Todd was very fair and friendly, and George was extremely honest and easy to talk to (I had dealt with him previously last year when my younger brother bought a new Mazda 6 from the same dealer, he was very easy to deal with then as well). This was my second time dealing with this dealership, both great experiences, and I will be back in about 1-2 years when I look to purchase our next vehicle. Summary of our experience: Nice, honest, and very understanding group of people who actually work with you to meet your needs. I never felt pressured to buy nor was I treated like an idiot. They didn't try to sell us a car we didn't need and actually listened to us. All three guys treated us like we were family, which I sincerely appreciated. I will definitely be back again.
