Do NOT buy from this dealership! Right after leaving the lot, we realized one of the car’s lights wasn’t working, and instead of taking responsibility, they told us we have to pay fo Right after leaving the lot, we realized one of the car’s lights wasn’t working, and instead of taking responsibility, they told us we have to pay for the repair. I’m still waiting for them to fix the light — it’s been ridiculous. To make things even worse, my insurance just called saying the information they got doesn’t match what the DMV has on file. When I contacted the DMV, they confirmed that Pedder Nissan submitted the paperwork incorrectly. I’ve called the dealership several times, left messages, and nobody answers or calls back. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid Pedder Nissan at all costs! More

I took my car for usual oil change. I was recommended to change the break fuild, rotors and break pads. We declined as the car was already seen checked for these prior to taking it for I was recommended to change the break fuild, rotors and break pads. We declined as the car was already seen checked for these prior to taking it for a simple oil change. Car was picked up, as we drive off the break almost gave out almost casusing an accident. We take it to another location for inspection and left side of the break pads were 6 millimeters and right side were 2 millimeters. I was informed it was very uneven and right side did not match the left side at all and looked like it was switched. I was advise it was impossible that this happens. This was reported to the Bureau. At first we thought break fuild was tempered with just just driving but when we took it for inspection it wasn’t that. They said break fuild was prefect the pads were switched and impossible a car can have this for a while and our car not experiencing lose breaks. They said this was just changed. This is human life’s they are missing with just to get a commission The temper with vehicles. Robin was the services advisor. I called to speak to Sam the manager! He was very unprofessional did not allow me to speak I needed to remind him to allow me to explain before he tried to educate me about this department. I am beyond appalled on what happened I will be pursuing legal action And contacting corporate. More
