Sam was extremely dismissive of my needs, from my entry into the service area. He was curt and made keep feel like my business was not important. I arrived merely to drop off my genesis g80 for through 97, into the service area. He was curt and made keep feel like my business was not important. I arrived merely to drop off my genesis g80 for through 97,500 service which included a spark plug change. This was never a genesis service location however, the vehicle has been there multiple times and not an issue. Thanks for your time I hope others are treated with the respect as customers. More
