Sam and the entire crew from the GM down stepped up and solved an extended warranty issue that i thought i would be left to me alone to fight. They also took the time and found a few other issues that nee solved an extended warranty issue that i thought i would be left to me alone to fight. They also took the time and found a few other issues that needed attention and gave my vehicle a thorough service. Honestly when it comes to getting and feeling comfortable with your service advisor, SAM IS THE MAN !!!! PERIOD !!! I have never felt this comfortable with any advisor either at Hamer or elsewhere like i fe with your service advisor, SAM IS THE MAN !!!! PERIOD !!!
