(Chris Jones), a service contract was fraudulently added on to our final bill of sale, even though we told both multiple times we were not interested in paying anything additional for a "service contract" nor "extended warranty". we did not discover until we left dealership and reviewed the final contract docs. When we contacted the dealership, they each tried to blame each other, and no one took accountability for trying to deceive us by adding this $2,474 contract. Very disappointed in our experience, and more concerned for those buyers that have not yet discovered this fraudulent/deceitful practice by Antwerpen VW in Pasadena. We are considering next steps in order to ensure no other buyer is lied to as we were, with service/warranty/"certifications" added fraudulently. More
