Sam was great - no pressure, no haggling, honest and straight forward. Would recommend him to anyone. Finance was quick and easy… no high pressure tactics to push a warranty or GAP policy. The dealership needs to do a better job with female customers. Here are some actionable items to enhance the buying experience for women: 1. Ask who should be listed as the "buyer" and the "co-buyer". customers. Here are some actionable items to enhance the buying experience for women: 1. Ask who should be listed as the "buyer" and the "co-buyer". Don't assume who it will be and force the customer to correct you. 2. Stop giving out a bouquet of flowers. Female customers want to be treated with respect and professionalism and flowers are a gift between friends and intimate partners. It may be meant as a kind gesture, but is received as patronizing. 3. Make sure both parties are on the title of the new car if requested. I had to ask my sales rep and then again with the finance representative. 4. Speak to both parties involved in the purchase. Addressing only the male is the purchasing decision is unprofessional and inappropriate. 5. Add some gender diversity to your sales staff. There were no female sales staff on site or listed on the dealer website. Utah is diversifying and the Larry H. Miller car dealership should adapt to meet the needs of future customers. Women are heavily involved in the car buying decision and as financially responsible for the decision as men. Please due us the courtesy of treating us as informed buyers. A few items would enhance the car buying experience 1. Ensure the cars advertised on line are actually on the lot. 2. Ensure the prices listed on the car are accurate. 3. Stop doing the "I'll have to talk to my manager" thing. Car buyers know that sales representatives have the autonomy to negotiate the price without checking with their manager. All this over-used tactic does is frustrate and anger your customers. More

BEWAREMy wife leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from LHM BEWARE My wife leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from LHM Jeep Sandy in 2018. The lease term ends this month so we decided to buy out the lease. We c BEWARE My wife leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from LHM Jeep Sandy in 2018. The lease term ends this month so we decided to buy out the lease. We called Chrysler financial to get our payoff amount. It was $25k, and change. My wife called LHM to find out if we needed to do anything through them to finish the transaction. They told her she needed to come in to sign documents. She asked if they could be e-signed, or sent to us. They told her she had to come in. This was our first red flag. We both figured they just wanted one last shot at selling us another car. She went to the dealership, and they talked her into running the loan through the dealership instead of our personal bank. She filled out the application, and they went back into the magic hidden room for awhile. When the salesman returned they showed her the new loan docs with a loan amount of $38k, and change, which included a $1600 "processing fee" When my wife asked why the loan amount was so much higher than the payoff, they told her it was because that is the current market value............................ Then, and only then did they ask what the actual payoff was. They did not care before. They were trying to steal $13,000 from us. After she told them that was not going to work, they went back into the magic room, and got rid of the extra amount. At this point, she was upset, and walked out. Afterwards I called the dealership, and spoke to a sales manager. He tried to explain that the information in the Chrysler system only shows him "current market value" which has NOTHING to do with the actual payoff of the loan, and as we all know is extremely inflated currently. He did not tell me they made a mistake. He did say this happens all the time................................... LHM Chrysler Jeep Sandy saw a woman walk into a dealership by herself, and tried to deceive her into giving them an extra $13,000 that they were not entitled to. I can almost guarantee there are people out there that have fallen for this, and hopefully this story will save someone from making this mistake in the future More

Best Car Buying Experience!
