They charged me 2 diagnostic fees when my truck was in the same bay with the same tech, and got charged $350. I told them what the issue was, and got charged for it anyway. And the best part, nothing wa the same bay with the same tech, and got charged $350. I told them what the issue was, and got charged for it anyway. And the best part, nothing was fixed, and they forgot to put my valve stem cover back on. I had to go back to the dealer to get it. The only people to ever work on my truck is Southern Ram since I bought it in 2019. I don't think I'll be using them again or buy a vehichle from them. I'm gonna find a new shop that doesn't scam on fees. More

Had a state ins done. took it to princess anne collision and repair shop because I knew it should have failed state inspection.
