I came in to get all 4 tires fixed and they only did 2 I came back for them to put air in the 2 tires they didn't fix 10 times since I had my appointment you would think they would say I guess those tires a came back for them to put air in the 2 tires they didn't fix 10 times since I had my appointment you would think they would say I guess those tires are loosing air can we fix them for you but nope I was a bother if you fixed it the first time I wouldn't be missed now I'm never getting any work done there if I need it or buy another car from a Chevy dealership ever and especially when I left the garage a worker said he was walking faster than I was driving now how's that for customer service I give a negative 10 star More

Sam processed everything just fine, but she doesn't know her product line very well. When I made the appointment to have the clearance light under the driver's side running board looked at. I said "No, it was a $1,500 option. She asked me the same question when I dropped off my truck. After the truck was looked at and identified that the LED running board light would have to be replaced, She couldn't give me a definitive answer as to when the part would be available. Recommendation, know your product line, because your customer will for sure. More

Never got call back when part came in as I was told I would by Sam. The check engine light has never come back on either? Is the Watergate really the problem?
