Sam was a great salesman and the only saving grace from the cluster that was the finance department. 3 days after taking delivery of my vehicle I'm contacted by the dealership saying my deal fell through a the cluster that was the finance department. 3 days after taking delivery of my vehicle I'm contacted by the dealership saying my deal fell through and they needed to rework it because the credit union didn't like whatever numbers they saw (not that I had a choice in who they went with anyways or I would've just went with ally again, who ended up approving the deal anyways) More

My wife and I actually had a conversation while we were waiting for the paperwork to process about how clean and people friendly the whole dealership was. We came in for an oil change and left with a 2022 waiting for the paperwork to process about how clean and people friendly the whole dealership was. We came in for an oil change and left with a 2022 Jeep Compass! Sam Samson was great! This is our second vehicle we've gotten from him! He is very thorough explaining every detail and step through the whole process. We highly recommend him! 5 stars! More

If you go to Lalonde in Imlay city ask for Sam! He will take care of you! I had a great experience! Sam made sure he found something that fit and met all my demands and needs.
