I am one of those people who do not look at haggling over prices as a sport. I do my research, decide what I want (and don't want) and then buy. When I decided it was time to buy a new Town and Country, I contacted four dealerships. I had received credit pre-approval, obtained trade-in quotes and tried to get the four dealers to give me their absolute "out-the-door" price. Easy, right? After a few days of legal word parsing with other dealers, it became very clear that Paul Thomas was the man to deal with. The price he quoted was the best I received and was exactly the price I paid. I told Paul that my last car purchase took 1 hour, from the time I walked in to the time I drove away in the new vehicle. Paul took that challenge and delivered! All of the paperwork was ready and exact, no up selling or other "talk with the manager" games. I was gone in the hour specified, but my wife stayed longer in order to take full advantage of the comprehensive tutorial Paul provided on all of the new gadgets/capabilities of her new Town and Country. Start to finish, Paul provided the most professional car buying experience I have had in my 45 years of being in the market. Well worth the 200 mile round trip. I will recommend both Paul and McKinney to anyone looking for a satisfying car buying experience!
