Drove 3 hours (one way) with an appointment to see a car DO NOT COME HERE! We drove for three hours from our house to this dealership to see a car. We made the appointment with Sansom on Christmas Eve to see DO NOT COME HERE! We drove for three hours from our house to this dealership to see a car. We made the appointment with Sansom on Christmas Eve to see it on the 26th. We checked in every day, and messaged him saying we were on the way. We received a phone call after 2.5 hours of driving saying that the car we had scheduled to see was being sold to someone else. He said they had a similar option for a similar price, so we drove the last 30 minutes to the dealership. Sansom then left work before we got there for our appointment, so we talked to Johnny. Turns out that the vehicle Samson mentioned was double the price. Wasted an entire day and almost two tanks of gas to be xxxxxx around. More

I have called numerous times to no avail no one will pick up from the gm to the head of used cars. Sent the finance package to my bank not my residence like i was a crook and now am waiting for them to send me my payment when they had to have theirs the very next day with cashiers check etc and would not release the car for like 3-4 days all in all they are rude and very stand offish More

So as I was sitting there it was taking so long that I figured that I was wasting my day off and this was just another waste of my time and Mr.lo's time. So I kept doubting myself. The moment I saw Mr. Lo walking towards me I was ready for the disappointment and then I heard those words come out of his mouth " Your Approved" I was so shocked with excitement I had to tell everyone. He is a great salesman and he is very easy to work with. So don't doubt yourself! Because there are second chances at Northwest Chevrolet of Bellingham. Thanks Again Mr. Lo! More
