Worst dealer in Oregon. Do not buy from them. They have deceptive practices and rip off the customer. They promise to take care of you but in the end, you are left with poor Do not buy from them. They lie about that they will take care of you on your trade. Way under value your trade. Worst buying experience in 35 years. Their service department over charges. Purchased a new expense vehicle they did not clean it. It had a huge scratch in the hood. The front protective coding was peeling. The inside of the car was dirty. No help from management. They totally screwed me and my wife. Took our keys when we were doing the deal and would not give them back, we were intimidated into buying their vehicle. Now we are stuck with expense vehicle that was not the same as the jeep we traded in. They should not be in business with these deceptive, dishonorable sales tactics. More

Scott Cole was our salesman and he was fantastic. The sales manager at the time made the process take much longer than it needed to be. Scott was an amazing salesman ,I was very pleased with him. I would say Robersons is an average dealer overall definitely not the worst I’ve dealt with but also not near the top of my list either. I have purchased between 20-25 vehicles from dealerships in my time.I would put Robersons in the middle of the pack. I often find good or great salespeople hindered by the dealer they work for. More

Such a seamless buying experience at Roberson Motors. My vehicle took almost 8 months to build (with delays from the factory, supply chain issues, etc) and the communication from the factory was non-exis My vehicle took almost 8 months to build (with delays from the factory, supply chain issues, etc) and the communication from the factory was non-existent as well, but Scott and the team kept me updated as much as possible and did everything they could to get me the car quickly when it finally arrived in Portland.
