She was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. Scott in the finance department was also amazing. We had our younger two kids who both have ADHD and he was prepared with crayons and paper for them. giving us the opportunity to listen, understand and sign all our paperwork. Excellent salesmanship. Alan was very helpfull. I had searched on the net prior to making an appointment. I called ahead and when I arrived Alan was at the truck that I wanted. It was prepped and I had searched on the net prior to making an appointment. I called ahead and when I arrived Alan was at the truck that I wanted. It was prepped and ready to go. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the truck. We took it for a test ride and every thing worked as it should. We spent a very short time at the desk and off to Scott in the finance office. Scott knew exactly what to do and I was out of there in no time with my new truck. I will recommend Auto Max to my friends. More

The Desire to Share my Outstanding Experience Yesterday. Yesterday was the day that I had set aside to not only shop around for a newer vehicle for myself which also meant that the last time I had done so wa Yesterday was the day that I had set aside to not only shop around for a newer vehicle for myself which also meant that the last time I had done so was when I had a tremendous better credit score for the vehicle that I brought to AutoMax for trade. From the second I walked into the place there was that one specific vehicle that stood out the most. Then I met with Tammy and just the basics for my situation were mentioned she advised me to take a look at that same car that I had my eye on. To keep this long story short, I now own that vehicle, have a lesser payment and a newer vehicle. I will admit, Scott, Daniel, the other Dan(Caputo) and Tony, all had to work their magic within my poor number credit score that they had to present within their finance companies to make this become a reality for me But they were successful. It is said that if something is meant to be then it is meant to be. But that saying also means that the "meant to be it because there are those certain people" that are the ones making it meant to be. I thank all those that has been mentioned for making this happen. I share this experience to let all know that if I was able to walk out of there totally satisfied, anyone can. More
