My Review of Dave Arbogast Buick GMC:
I am not a fan of "car buying", but the experience with Jim at Dave Arbogast Buick-Pontiac-GMC was absolutely the best I have ever had and I have purchased 12+ cars in my life. From the time we got to the dealership, we were accorded respect and treated professionally. Jim showed us the vehicle we wanted to see, but there was no pressure. We took a test drive, and I like being able to do the test drive just my wife and I so we can discuss our impressions without feeling constrained. After we made our decision, the price negotiation was quick and extremely fair. After we settled on the price (in fact the next day when we went back to finalized the deal) we talked trade-in. Again, we got a very fair and reasonable offer for our trade-in without having to bicker or haggle at all. Finalizing the paperwork was a breeze as well. Everyone thanked us, including the receptionist, and we were on our way with our purchase. The transaction was smooth without any hassles whatsoever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You will not be disappointed. Without a doubt, we will encourage our friends to at least see what they have and when we are in the market for another vehicle, we will absolutely go back. Thanks to everyone for the great experience!

My wife and I have purchased new vehicles across the state of Ohio, and by far Dave Arbogast Buick GMC is the best of the best in dealerships we have delt with. With their friedly professional salespersons, who cator to our needs, without the pressure sales. For the first time we felt very comfortable, and stress free with our latest purchase. As far as price, simply put! They can't be beat. We will certainly be back for years to come.

I looked at over 10 dealers for a car with reasonable miles and a reasonable price, and none compared to Dave Arbogast. Dave Arbogast dealership offered the best option and the staff was easy to work with and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate the time and effort to get me in the car at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this dealership and TJ was very helpful with my car buying experience and Scott Evans made the financing quick and very close to my terms. I will definetely be back for my next car purchase.

I was referred to Matt from a family member who had a positive experience working with him in the past. We worked with Matt for a short time, and he was able to find the perfect car for us. We told Matt what we wanted, and the car we purchased was exactly what we told him we wanted...even down to the color! Matt called us as soon as it arrived, giving us the opportunity to go ahead and start the paperwork process. We worked with Scott Evans in finance, and he was very helpful in explaining all the paperwork that is involved when buying a car. Overall, our experience was great, and I recommend Matt to anyone that I know will be buying a car!

My Review of Dave Arbogast Buick GMC:
Joe went more than the extra mile to get us in our 2007 Saturn Outlook and was extremely friendly. He treated us like we were next door neighbors!
Scott and Mike did a fantastic job getting us the best interest rate we could hope for, almost 3% lower than our personal bank offered us.
Just a great over all experience and we would gladly recommend Arbogast to anyone.

I just purchased my first car from this dealership and would go no where's else. From the first time I expressed what I was looking for to the sale and maintenance they are right on the money. They are concerned with only the customers needs and provide any assistance you may need. I have never had any complaints and would recommend them to anyone. My salesman even called a month after my purchase to make sure I was still happy with our vehicle.........now that is service! Go See Joe Bauman in Sales
