I was welcomed as soon as I walked in I told Scott what I was after and we went for a walk. We found the truck I was after and we made a deal on it. Everything was seamless. Went in for an oil change and wasn't really looking for a car. A Yukon XL Denali caught my eye - Scott and Parm jumped in and we worked out a killer deal fast. I was in and out in less than 3 hours and never felt pressured or uncomfortable with the process. This is how buying a car should be. They made us feel like family. We will be continuing to shop for personal and business vehicles with Castle Rock Chevrolet for as long as they are around.
