This Place Makes You Want To Come Back For More For the past two weeks, my family and I have gone through ALL TOYOTA dealerships. Lakeside Toyota has given the best service amongst all other Toyota For the past two weeks, my family and I have gone through ALL TOYOTA dealerships. Lakeside Toyota has given the best service amongst all other Toyota dealerships. Their service was even better than many other car dealerships. There were six of us at the dealership, and I could imagine how this could overwhelm the Sales Rep. With the family there, the sales rep was very patient with us having private discussions, etc. He waited as we all discussed our decisions on which car to purchase, and I really appreciated this from him. We were interested in the FR-S and TC from Scion. He was able to explain to us the similarities and differences between the two cars, which made the decision easier to decide. If we had a question, he'd answer quickly. If we had uncertainty, he was able to assist us. I really appreciate his service. The whole staff was very polite. They were all welcoming and relaxed. They offered us drinks and snacks while we waited for two hours to finish paperwork. They conversed with us to get to understand one another. I felt relaxed and not intense. When I went to other dealerships, it felt anxious and overwhelming, but not this one. It was a warm and relaxing environment. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Great experience! I approached Scott outside of the dealership in a last ditch effort to avoid buying a used car from another dealership that we weren't happy with. I was immediately impressed with Scott's knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. I explained our situation and asked him about any cars he might have that might fit our needs. While my two small children and I waited in our car outside, Scott was able to not only find me the car I wanted (NEW!),but was also able to provide it to us at the exact price we needed. We had never even considered that a new car might fit into our budget, but Scott was able to make it happen for us. My husband met me at the dealership, we walked inside, filled out a few forms, and walked out with a great deal on an unbelievable vehicle. The other employees there even provided drinks and coloring books for my two kids when they started getting whiny. Most importantly, there was no game playing and deceit like we'd experienced at three other dealerships. All in all it was a quick, painless, and completely satisfactory experience. We're recommending Scott Guillory and Lakeside Toyota to all our friends and family who are in the market for cars! More
