Salesman Chris Alaman was excellent to work with and the dealership was happy to take my all cash money. The service department is ridiculous, my brand new CX90 had a hybrid battery issue at 18,000 miles dealership was happy to take my all cash money. The service department is ridiculous, my brand new CX90 had a hybrid battery issue at 18,000 miles and the vehicle had multiple recalls and they said they would have my vehicle for several weeks waiting for a new battery. They gave my wife a 5 seater and didn’t have an equivalent CX90 to give me as a loaner. I have a large family and bought an eight seater for a reason. I had to make multiple complaints to the dealership to get an equivalent CX90. The service department is unprofessional and extremely rude. When I picked up my CX90 after several weeks someone had vandalized the windshield with multiple key scratches. Unbelievable, pretty shocking frankly. I told the manager they are good at selling cars but absolutely terrible at customer service and told him I would be filing a formal complaint with Mazda corporate in regards to the vandalism. Crazy that I’m even writing this. The only level headed professional I delt with at the dealership was Wynette. Jason as the general manager was rude and unprofessional and Bobby the service manager was next level rude. I won’t ever be back and do not recommend Mazda of Roseville sorry to say. The sales experience was 5 star but I wish there was a no star option for the way their staff treated our family. More

Our Sales Representative, Brian Randall, excelled in customer service. He gave us the details of the two vehicles that we drove and we decided on the second one that he showed us. There was no pressure, customer service. He gave us the details of the two vehicles that we drove and we decided on the second one that he showed us. There was no pressure, just data/information sharing of the vehicles and differences between the two. It made our decision much easier. He was pleasant to deal with and gave my wife and I time to discuss our purchase. If family or friends were to search out a new or pre-owned vehicle, first would recommend a Mazda, then to seek out Brian Randall. My wife and I appreciated greatly how he treated us. This was the main reason why we bought the car. I just wanted to look at vehicles. I had other manufacturers in mind besides a Mazda. Brian made our decision much easier. Thank you Brian...you did an excellent job!!! More

I was just going to look at several cars last night. Stopped at a couple of dealers at the auto mall and stated I was just looking and needed a little information. After several hours at one dealershi Stopped at a couple of dealers at the auto mall and stated I was just looking and needed a little information. After several hours at one dealership where I was asked several times what they could do to get me into the car I left. They had an MSRP sticker price and then a handwritten price for $10K higher which I didn't understand. I was going to leave but I passed the Roseville Mazada and saw that they had a midsized SUV. I had no idea they made one!! My last new car purchase was in 1988 when I bought a station wagon from Mazada on Riverside in Roseville. It was such an amazing experience. I had the car for 20 years and 300,000 miles. I didn't think I would ever be able to buy a new Mazada but then I pulled on to the lot at the Roseville Automall. Josh greeted me and my friend (we were heading in the wrong direction). He was so kind and laid back. Asked if he could help then directed me to the SUV's. I looked at 3 then saw the beautiful blue and asked to see that one. He asked if I wanted to take a test drive then handed me the keys. OMG he let us go by ourselves. (At the other dealership we had a salesman ride along) I knew as soon as I pulled off the lot I was in love! When we got back, I asked him what can I do to get into this car? Josh, Wynette, and Scott immediately went into action (I was given $4500 for my trade-in which was exactly what I was hoping to get) and for the first time in 34years I am driving a new Mazada. It is the same amazing smooth ride I remember from my wagon. The folks that helped me stayed past closing and made sure everything was taken care of before I drove off the lot!! What an extremely wonderful buying experience! My friend is going back for a used car as soon as she can. I can't thank Roseville Mazada enough for my fantastic new car!!
