I have been a customer of Putnam Chrysler for several years now. I travel nearly an hour just to do my car buying and service here because of the outstanding service. I have bought 3 vehicles, a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon, a Ram Laramie and a Dodge Challenger Scat Pack from Steve Zacek. Steve is a great salesman that is very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling. I also love that he was a no pressure salesman. I was able to tell him what I wanted and my time frame and he respected that by not pressuring me into buying sooner than I wanted to. Aside from Steve, I have dealt with Scott Johnson in finance on several occasions, Scott is also great to deal with. Aside from Steve and Scott, I have met and spoken to several other people there. All of them are friendly and sociable, making you feel at home when you are there. I also, get all of my maintenance done at Putnam Chrysler. The service department has been great also. The biggest thing I love about them is they are very good about keeping you updated on the progress of your vehicle and get jobs done when they say they will. I have dealt with other dealers that tell you it will be an hour for service and 2 hours later you are still waiting. If they tell you an hour at Putnam Chrysler, it's done in an hour. Putnam Chrysler will continue to be my go to dealer for the foreseeable future. More
