Very Helpful for a first-time Buyer! I did some research of dealerships in the area and found my way here! Great dealership helping with long distance deal I knew the exact Mustang I wanted (GT350/lightning blue) but only a couple 2018s left anywhere in the country. Shields Auto had one and they were grea I knew the exact Mustang I wanted (GT350/lightning blue) but only a couple 2018s left anywhere in the country. Shields Auto had one and they were great to work with from start to finish. From first sales call to financing and having car ready for me to drive home after flying into nearby airport. Best car buying experience ever This has been the best experience I have ever had buying a car. The sales rep. Scott was absolutely outstanding. I had two cars that I needed to trade This has been the best experience I have ever had buying a car. The sales rep. Scott was absolutely outstanding. I had two cars that I needed to trade in but my other car was still at my house in Urbana and I had no way of getting the car back to the dealership. Scott, without hesitation told me that he could drive me to Urbana from Rantoul to get my car. This kind of dedication and customer service is why Shields Auto center is in a league of there own. I highly recommend you do buissness with them and ask for Scott lackey. More
