My car has been in this dealership 3 times for the same issue and it was never resolved. The check engine light continues to come on, they can not fix the problem. I also asked for 2 other items to be look issue and it was never resolved. The check engine light continues to come on, they can not fix the problem. I also asked for 2 other items to be looked at on the second visit and it was never addressed. I picked up the car yesterday after another failed visit to resolve the problem. I told them I would not be servicing my car here again; no one from the service department even tried to see why. No one called me after I left to try to resolve the problem. Poor communication and poor customer service from this dealership. More

Bought and serviced my EV6 here, all good! Sales was low pressure, not pushy, no bait/switch. Service has been excellent; worked with Erin, the service advisor to have routine maintenance done. Also had some software updates last week, they came to me in the waiting area 4 times to let me know progress, and washed the car before I got it back. I drive 1/2 hr to bring my car here, even though there's another kia dealer 10 min away. Your mileage may vary (as they used to say), but my experiences here have all been very good. More

I called this dealership on a Saturday morning for a oil change 4 new tires mounted and balanced plus a front end alignment . I spoke to a gentleman Brian . I was told I could stop by and he could take care of it as soon as I arrived. Also I was told he would have me finished in 2 hours.I was out in 2 hours as promised. Also the waiting room was clean coffee was available . Of all the times I have been to service centers this was the best experience I’ve had by far thank you very much for being so courteous and taking care of my car issues so promptly thank you Carl Kohlberg More
