I brought a vehicle in for service early Monday before the sales associates were scheduled to arrive. My intent was to walk the lot and look for a possible upgrade. However, Scott was in early and guide the sales associates were scheduled to arrive. My intent was to walk the lot and look for a possible upgrade. However, Scott was in early and guided me in the direction of what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable in the different trim options and what they offered. He knew what was on the lot and projected to arrive. Later that day we agreed on numbers and a trade. The process was transparent and flowed well from start to finish.
