Starling GMC made every effort to assure the vehicle I ordered was delievered with all options as expected and within the time promised. The Suburban I was driving was 30 years old. Upon delievery the ori ordered was delievered with all options as expected and within the time promised. The Suburban I was driving was 30 years old. Upon delievery the orientation provided on the new Yukon was through and allowed me to leave the dealership feeling comfortable with all the changes. (I bought the Suburban from Scott new back in 1996). More

Very Unsatisfied. They had my Truck that I bought there for 6 days. Over a battery issue. They couldn't even tell me what was wrong with it. Told me it was a Motor Tra They had my Truck that I bought there for 6 days. Over a battery issue. They couldn't even tell me what was wrong with it. Told me it was a Motor Tran issue . That they couldn't do it. I had to take it to the Dealership to have it done. Your service guy Eric Workman was very unprofessional about this whole situation. I payed almost 40 Thousand for this truck there. They treated me like I was a Nobody. I will never come there for anything again. I'm Very sorry I Bought my Vehicle Fom there. xxxx poor service Dept. I bought my Truck there. Went to have it services and the service person Eric Workman acted like he didnt want to service my truck . I only had my truck for 3 months it took Went to have it services and the service person Eric Workman acted like he didnt want to service my truck . I only had my truck for 3 months it took him 5 days to tell me I needed a battery mean while I have no transportation the whole time I almost lost my job because of the poor workmanship. Will never do business with them again . I'm sorry that I went there to begin with. Very Disappointed. In the Professionalism there. Left out of there very upset. Who takes 6 days to figure out it was only a battery. They told me to take it to the dealership of the truck. I didnt even want to give them a poor rating. There should of been one for xxxx Poor Workmanship. Sorry I bought my truck there. More
